Registration Procedure
- Obtain an Admissions Application, either from our "Forms" page or in our school office.
- If you would like a personalized tour, contact the school at 708-895-9280
- Transfer students must sign an authorization to release information and records.
- Medical information must be provided for students entering Pre-K, Kindergarten, and Fifth Grade
